When I called to schedule, the person that answered was very knowledgeable. She explained in detail the cleaning process and price. I had called other companies on the list and felt that their cleaning method didn't compare to Air Quality Concepts method. They actually cleaned the entire system first and then every vent using negative air pressure. They showed me before and after photos which were amazing. After they cleaned the ducts, they cleaned the dryer vent. I liked the fact that they are focused on air duct cleaning instead of multiple services, like the other companies that I talked to. They were very careful in my home, and they removed their shoes. The owner came out with a helper which was nice too. I would definitely hire them in the future.

I live in a home with a child with severe allergies. I noticed about 6 months ago that my house had more dust than usual. I found Air Quality Concepts on Angie's List. They were the highest rated company on there so I gave them a call to advise me on what to do. The receptionist was personable and knowledgeable regarding my needs to have my home checked. The owner and assistant showed up on time (very surprised since most companies in the service industry give three hour windows on their arrival time). They thoroughly cleaned the system and the air ducts and showed me before and after photos of my duct work. I couldn't believe how much debris was removed from my system. I was very impressed with the professional service I received. I will be calling them again for future services.

I had my duct work and air handler cleaned by Air Quality Concepts. They arrived on time and did an excellent job. I would recommend them to any one who needs to improve the quality of air in their home or business.

I own a few rental properties that I have been renovating. I tried another Duct Cleaning Service in the area and it seemed all they did was shop vac into the vents and wipe down the vents. So then I did more research and tried Air Quality Concepts. Price was a little more, but the seemed to have far superior equipment, cleaned deep into the vents, and even cleaned duct work on the actual system unit. I was really impressed when the owner came out to one of the properties to give an estimate and actually turned down the job because he said it didn't need it! A real honest guy you don't find these days.

Air Quality Concepts cleaned my air ducts and changed out a few lines. They arrived on time and did a very thorough job with the cleaning. They also fogged a mold treatment throughout the system due to some mold presence. We noticed a difference immediately in the smell of cleanliness that was now present instead of the musty smell. We also had adequate air flow throughout the house. I would definitely use them again in the future. They are very honest and professional in their work and I would highly recommend them to friends and family because they hold high standards in their quality of work.
