Scott is a great communicator. He went under my house,and took pictures to allow a clear explanation of the wood rot and the steps necessary to complete the repair. This also allowed Scott to provide an accurate cost quote for the job. Scott was clear on arrival times and would text if the time needed to move due to traffic etc. (This showed respect for my time.) Scott is committed to customer satisfaction with his work. For this project Scott fixed wood rot on a door threshold, and ensured the door could remain closed ( a problem before he did his magic). Scott also installed a front door for me. I have wanted to change my front door for 4 years. I am very happy and thankful that Scott took my job. I plan to hire Scott again.
