I had an exceptional experience with KIH homes. He worked hard and fast and still produced exceptional results with our project to install a new faucet and replace a toilet. He cleaned up and made sure everything was better than he found it. Would 100% recommend.

John did an excellent job. He arrived on time, and completed the toilet repair. During the process, he showed us a leak we hadn’t noticed, and we ended up having that fixed too after he explained the pros and cons of repair vs. replacing the toilet. We felt John was extremely fair, professional, and friendly. We’ll definitely use him again.
