John did a good job in installing our new dishwasher! He came with his toolbox and equipment and was ready to get the job done. He was also able to answer our questions throughout the process. You can tell his professionalism and enthusiasm during the entire installation process. He comes with shoe cover prepared and he cleans the tiles underneath the dishwasher, that shows his cleanliness. He is detail oriented and he checks to make sure the connections are good and the water won’t leak through. Overall it was a top notch experience and I would hire him again on new projects!

John was incredibly helpful. While we weren’t sure if we had an emergency or not, John came by and took a look at our issue on short notice. The initial time he took diagnosing the problem and talking to us about different solutions was 5-star-worthy already. When he came back and fixed our issues it was fast, thorough, and efficient. I really appreciate how willing he was to listen to our concerns and address each one, it’s all too common for smaller concerns to be dismissed, but he gave us plenty of feedback and didn’t try to upsell us on any other improvements. On top of all that, he was very transparent about costs—going so far as to leave me the receipt for the new parts. We’ll absolutely be calling on him again the next time we have any plumbing issues. Thank you John!
