I hired KIH Homes to fix a running toilet. John arrived punctually! He was very personable, professional, and demonstrated integrity as he explained what needed to be replaced, as well as the cost for the replacements. I appreciated that the work area was clean when he completed the repairs! I found the quality of John's work to be exceptional and the cost for the service rendered was reasonable and fair! I highly recommend KIH and am thrilled that I've found a reputable plumbing service!

I would hire KIH Homes again in a heartbeat! John is the utmost professional. He responded to my request immediately. I had two toilets replaced. John arrived promptly. My toilets were in route when he arrived. He generously offered to wait around for their delivery. As soon as they came he was ready to install. He disposed of the old toilets, boxes, and packing materials and left the area spotless. All of this at a VERY reasonable price. On top of him being the consummate professional, he’s a really nice, courteous guy. I recommend KIH Homes without reservation!
