We are extremely pleased that selected KIH Homes to complete our project (installing new kitchen sink faucet). John was on time (having informed us of his ETA en route to our house). He was very respectful and professional and did a great job. I have no reservations about hiring him again and happily recommend his services.

I called in Tuesday and John from KIH was there Wednesday at 830am. I needed a part he ran and got it and installed it. Pointed out a possible future issue I could address myself! Really pleasant and easy experience! Problem Solved!!!

John was so quick to respond was upfront about costs and prices. He replaced two toilets for us, repaired our flange and installed bidets. He was so quick, professional and clean, there wasn’t any mess after he was done. The toilets look really good and we are very happy. I’d 100% call John for any future plumbing/remodeling need and will be recommending him to anyone.
