John was incredibly helpful. While we weren’t sure if we had an emergency or not, John came by and took a look at our issue on short notice. The initial time he took diagnosing the problem and talking to us about different solutions was 5-star-worthy already. When he came back and fixed our issues it was fast, thorough, and efficient. I really appreciate how willing he was to listen to our concerns and address each one, it’s all too common for smaller concerns to be dismissed, but he gave us plenty of feedback and didn’t try to upsell us on any other improvements. On top of all that, he was very transparent about costs—going so far as to leave me the receipt for the new parts. We’ll absolutely be calling on him again the next time we have any plumbing issues.
