Simple Solutions piece built and painted a picket fence with two gates in my yard. The resulting work was very professional and added value to the property. They also did some landscaping in the front shrubbery beds that improved the house curb appeal. I would highly recommend them for general contract work.

Benny has done multiple projects for me in the past several years and has done a wonderful job; from gutting and renovating a half bath and laundry, to installing new tile floors, to interior painting of walls, paneled doors and kitchen cabinets, to power washing, painting and repairing porch rails, assembling and painting a shed, and installing a pergola in my yard, he is truly a jack of all trades. I would highly recommend him.
