Working with Craig and Julian Appraisal Group is a breath of fresh air. As a real estate professional, many times we cannot reach the finish line with a transaction until an appraisal is performed and accepted by the lender. We have found at times those orders go to the lowest bidder… Unprofessional, out of touch, etc. Craig operates by the book but with common sense… And a willingness to pick up the phone if information is unavailable or unclear. Highly recommended.

This would only let me choose 3 items, however Dr Craig has got to be one of the BEST appraisers I have ever worked with while working in the mortgage industry. I am the manager of the VA Appraisal Order Desk and I love seeing his name assigned to our VA appraisal orders. He communicates and responds quickly. He has never been late turning in an appraisal, that I can remember. I could go on and on about Craig Julian, but I know after a few lines, people may stop reading. One last thing, HE IS THE BEST, I wished he did appraisals for every state we do business in.
