- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually, we talk by phone and e-mail to answer questions and work out the event details and contract. Once I have been contracted for the event, I will share an event planning form to help the client begin to make decisions about their event. After the event planning form is complete, we will schedule the event consultation session. That can be done in person, by virtual meeting, phone, and/or e-mail. The choice as to the method belongs to the client. Even after the consultation, clients can make changes to their plan at any time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly reviewing a variety of information for disc jockeys, and it comes from a variety of sources. These include magazines for mobile DJ's, on-line videos, websites, and various social media outlets.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I really don't have a most common type of job because I do everything from corporate to weddings/receptions to schools to kid events.
