We paid the fee to prepare a will and trust 9/15. As of 10/21, we are still waiting for the initial documents. I’ve called 5 times in the past 2 weeks and still have no documents. ZERO follow up by the firm to their paid client. Very disappointing, to say the least.

Before she left, they washed everything except the crystal. I did not expect the dish washing. When they left, she took only her equipment.
