- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size of the home, the condition, and the type of cleaning needed (standard, deep cleaning, or move in/move out). I always try to offer fair and competitive prices. I also offer a free in-person estimate so I can give a more accurate quote. There are no hidden fees, and discounts may be available for recurring cleanings.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I talk with the customer to understand their needs and the type of cleaning they want. I can visit the home to provide a free estimate and discuss details. Once everything is agreed on, we schedule the cleaning at a convenient time. My goal is always to provide high-quality service and make sure the customer is happy with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have several years of hands-on experience in residential cleaning. Through my work, I have learned effective cleaning techniques, proper use of cleaning products, and how to pay attention to small details that make a home look and feel truly clean.
