- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing will vary due to travel distance and job is the same so one job that could take 2hrs at one location may take 4hrs at another due to walking distance to the truck from the house or stairs or also elevators
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to get a good understanding of what needs to be completed and offer a fair price to take care of the customers needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been loading trucks driving and moving since I first started working so I have a lot of experience.
