No standard pricing system. Varies depending on particular needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a Sellers Agent it is customary to meet at the residence that's perhaps being sold. I address all the services I provide and create a custom marketing plan for the Seller. The success of the transaction hinges solely on the plan of action. As a Buyers Agent, it's my job to be all ears and allow my client the time they need to discuss thoroughly what they expect out of his/her new home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend JY Monk school of Real Estate. I work under a great mentor that has groomed me to be the best agent in the area. Years of experience works wonders in this industry.
