Introduction

I've been in business for over 30 years with 40 years of experience. I started in the carpet cleaning business by working as a housekeeper for three different companies. Somehow, I always ended cleaning carpet in a lot of large buildings. I started to enjoy it, and now here I am, having my own business. What I like most about what I do, is the smiles I get from satisfied customers. I enjoy meeting a new faces everyday and sharing some things we just may have in common. When I drive away from a customers home or business, I love the feeling they give me as I travel to my next destination. This business is so rewarding. I wished I would have started it sooner.

His decades of experience were evident in his work, and visitors to my home were captivated by the results. I highly recommend him!

I hired Joe because I had been given a very old area rug by a friend. Unfortunately it had been rolled up in her garage for a few years. And besides the dirtiness of it there was also the faint cat spray smell in spots. It is a quality made rug and it would have been a shame to just throw it away so I asked Joe to see if he could bring it back to life. And that he did!! It looks beautiful and there is no more smell. In addition to that, my husband asked if he could take care of a carpet stain in another room and not only did he get the stain out he cleaned the whole floor in that room for a very reasonable price. I never thought he'd be able to get that stain out as it was a blue stain on an almost white carpet. Joe did a marvelous job on both rugs and I couldn't be happier with his work. He is very nice and also very professional. I plan to hire him again soon to clean out couches.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing may seam a little cheap, but it has nothing to do with the quality of work I provide. I just don't believe in ripping customers off. Pro Joe's is family own and operated where honesty is still the best policy.I don't charge by the square footage because most of the time you over pay. I come in take a look at what you have and go from there. Sometimes you may only have a few spots that require attention. With that being the case the price stays very close to the quote. This means the less work I have to do the better your price.It also means the faster I get to my next customer. "Time is money"
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of IEHA, International Executive Housekeeping Association and have been for the last 12yrs. This is how I do my continuing education in cleaning and stay up to par with the latest trends in my profession, whether its chemicals,equipment,or safety.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Q: How long does your method take to dry? A: About 4.5 hours
