- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial inquiry via ******* ,phone, email with event details or meal needs. An in person meeting or schedule a Call in meeting to understand your vision preference, dietary needs and budget. menu proposal At which time you will receive a customized menu with pricing options. Booking and Deposit once agreed secures your date with remaining Balance due prior to event. Final we confirm headcount, delivery/pickup/ or any last minutes changes 7-10 days before event

I started cooking at age 12 with my grandparents learning the importance of flavor ,love and togetherness at the Table, Formalized my training through Triad Community Kitchen (TCK) Culinary program graduating with an honor of Top student award, Every dish I create honors my roots while showcasing professional technique merging comfort and creativity
