This is my first time using Home Service Pro but it won't be my last. I needed an electrical outlet replaced. Emily did a fantastic job understanding exactly what I needed, providing an estimate, and once I confirmed that was ready to proceed with the job she got me scheduled for the very next day! Nolan, the electrician was very professional, explained exactly what he was doing and why. I paid exactly what the estimated price was, no hidden fees or add-ons. Emily and Nolan represented their company very well. I will be using Home Service Pro in the future.

Very pleased with the work that the team has done for us. We did HVAC and electrical with them. We spoke with the owner Josh, who was extremely professional and understood our needs immediately. Looking forward to working with them again.
We had to have covers replaced on our outdoor vents to prevent birds from flying in. The response time was great and the conversation took place completely via text. Our service technicians completed the job before I made it home, but followed directions to the T. I would work with this company and refer them to my neighbors.

Overall great experience and my issue was solved. The first person that came out could’ve been much more thorough. The mechanics from the second visit acknowledged the issue from the first and let me know what really needed to be done. Ultimately I needed my whole unit replaced (the refrigerant, my unit needed was no longer in production and was super expensive) so we scheduled that they worked with me and were professional and courteous. Big shoutout to Jack and Jeremy for helping me stay cool for the rest of the summer.
