J. Replaced a light fixture, two toilet seats, three sink faucets, two ceiling fans, and all of my kitchen cabinet pulls. He also did it for a reasonable price. After he did that, I had him come back a second time to replace the flange on a leaky toilet and replace the toilet to where it belonged. He also came back a third time to give me a second opinion on an HVAC that someone else said needed to be replaced but he was able to fix it. He gave me a second Opinion on an electrical rewiring that turned out to be a minor wonky breaker. He was also able to fix a curtain rod for me. He’s honest, reasonably priced, and friendly. He’ll respond quickly to texts. Just make sure that you don’t have other things on the day of your service. Make sure you’ll be home the full day.

James responded quickly and set up an appointment within two days. Came and was polite and professional. He replaced battery in smoke detector that was on a high vaulted ceiling. Came in and did the work well and price was reasonable. Would recommend you hire James.
