Shaquille notified me was able to arrive a bit earlier than the appointment which was exactly what I’d hoped. He installed the mount without issue and hoisted the tv onto the mount and made the necessary adjustments. Additionally, he concealed the tv cord with a cable cover and provided me a few cable covers since I was reconnecting my home theater system myself. Finally, Shaquille was professional and completed the install quickly, efficiently and for a great value.
