Shaquille notified me was able to arrive a bit earlier than the appointment which was exactly what I’d hoped. He installed the mount without issue and hoisted the tv onto the mount and made the necessary adjustments. Additionally, he concealed the tv cord with a cable cover and provided me a few cable covers since I was reconnecting my home theater system myself. Finally, Shaquille was professional and completed the install quickly, efficiently and for a great value.

I forgot the representative name as I am terrible with names, but was especially pleased with his work of mounting our tv on the wall. He asked questions about where we wanted the tv placed to make sure we were pleased. He worked with patience to satisfy us. He was punctual and very professional. Not a lot of conversation but stayed focus on the job and we were pleased with that. Very respectful.
