- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price everything on detail, amount of work, products used for the project, design idea, accessibility, time frame.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself, I explain to them all the services we provide, and also explain to them how the process for the particular job they are doing will go. I also explain the process of getting material and payment process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
