Very pleased with the work, skill, and professionalism that Stephen displayed. I appreciate his prompt communication to discuss project and work to be done. Collaborative, solution-orientated, honest, and flexible. I requested maintenance and reinforcement of a crawlspace. In doing so I realized additional help was needed on securing a door. To do so additional materials were needed. Fortunately at this time he was flexible and went above, to pick up needed materials from home improvement store, return, and completed the security of door. I appreciate him working in good time to complete both task, especially him accommodating me to help with important unexpected matter, with kindness and professionalism. Will definitely seek out his services again!

Stephen showed up right on time and got right to work. He cleaned every surface in my home, making it picture-perfect for my property management team to take photos and get my property posted. He really went above and beyond, ensuring everything met my expectations. Stephen did a great job!
