Hiring Denise from Home Cleaning Advantage has been a great experience from the beginning. Denise arranged a home assessment and initial meeting before we scheduled first house cleaning which was beneficial - not only for us to meet each other but so Denise could actually see my home and provide proper quote for the job. Denise provided most cleaning supplies unless something specific requested, recommends use of personal vacuum, broom so as not to cross contaminate and creates personal laundry bag for cloth rags/mop heads used in each home. Denise was not concerned about amount of time spent on first cleaning - her attention to detail and assurance that every inch of house cleaned was amazing. Not only did Denise do an expert job - she is professional, punctual, pleasant and provides top notch service for fair price. I look forward to having Denise provide this excellent service bi-weekly - have found a Gem in Denise!!

Denise, the owner of Home Cleaning Advantage, is friendly and professional. She treats each client like they are "the only" client. She listens and is attentive to specific instructions on how you want certain things done! I am very particular and I appreciate her remembering exactly how I like certain things done. She is ALWAYS on time and responds very quickly to calls and texts. Her work quality is impeccable, and her services are invaluable to me and my family - I could not maintain without her or get the deep cleaning done that is needed. I have had three back surgeries so I cannot stoop, bend, and twist to clean my entire home. Again, she takes her time and is detail-oriented. If she does not know something, she always asks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, I do a free In-home assessments with a new client . 1: to establish a repour to get to know each other. I believe a customer should feel comfortable with the person that will be cleaning their home. and 2: to assess and get to know your home and your cleaning needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have previous experience cleaning with other cleaning companies.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always found my self cleaning spaces, and other peoples places. Cleaning, I find, is a relaxing chore to me. Once I realized I have a natural inclination to clean I decided to work for a cleaning company to know for sure it was something I could do consistently. The answer was, Yes, so now I clean independently and i truly love what I do.
