FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our customers should know that we try our best to submit the best and most affordable estimates based on the limited information in their inquiry. Obviously without looking at the entire project in person our estimates may need to be adjusted but for the most part we try to honor our estimates previously submitted through the thumbtack site. Major repairs are not included, paint is only included when the customer indicates that they want us to provide it. We tend to price one wall color throughout, white ceiling paint and white trim paint. If the customer wants different colors for each room - additional fees may be required. To avoid any misunderstandings, we try to meet with our customers on the start date or prior to the start date to go over all the details to make sure we are on the same page. It is always our goal to provide the best and most affordable price possible for our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our procedure is submitting our estimate. If the customers likes the estimate we hope to hear from them. The customer will have the option of setting up an appt. through thumbtack. We send a lead guy and at times I come along to answer any questions you may have. If we all agree to the final price, we schedule your project. Any work that was not discussed prior to starting your project will need to addressed with me, Ana so that I may get an approval on additional fees.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the business since 2000. We currently have two separate companies. One handles all new construction/custom homes, and deal mainly with some of the top builders. The second handles all repaints, remodels, flipping and other trades such as tile, roofing, carpet etc... All of our guys have 8 plus years of experience. We do Exterior/Interior/Stain/Pressure Washing, and commercial jobs. One of our companies has 40+ employees, sub contractors, 4 cleaning crews - in total about 86 employees.
