- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to work with people's budgets and provide services that people can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, would be the initial contact or inquiry. Secondly, would be an assessment and qoute. Thirdly, would be the booking and confirmation of the service or services. Fourth, would be a pre-job communication were I would talk with the customer a day or two about confirming the time, re-check the address, ensure accessibility and etc. Fifth, would be the service execution, were we would arrive on time and handle items with care and to communicate if any issues arise. Sixth, would be payment collection. If not prepaid, I will collect payment in different means available. Lastly, would be follow-up and feedback were I would thank the customer for their business. I would ask for a review or testimonial and offer a discount on future services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a high school education and military background. I have also learned about yard work at an early age and small projects growing up.
