Setting up a trade show booth which including unpacking freight on pallets, leveling out display fixtures, assembling new furniture shipped in flat, palletizing, shrink wrapping, and being a normal human. He scores 5 in all categories.

I am so pleased with Derrick Workman and his assistant. They were very prompt, courteous and professional. I was truly amazed at the strength of these two gentlemen. They moved a huge oversized sofa through a small doorway and myin addition to moving my baby grand piano. It took 3 of us more than hour to manuvuer the sofa and we still were unable to get it through the door. It took them less than 30 minutes becuse of Mr. Workman's wisdom and I'm sure experience.they were very kind and helped rearrange my furniture several times until I was satisfied. I highly recommend them their services. They definitely lived up to their company name "Magic Mover". I call them Miracle Movers.

Expected the movers between 9-10am on a Friday. Received a call at 9:15am that they were behind and would be a little late. By 11:30am they still had not arrived, so I called and was told they were on the way. They arrived at 12:50pm without a truck, which was the first time I was aware there is a "labor only" move! Fortunately there was a uhaul dealer around the corner, so I ran out to rent a truck. The guys were nothing but polite and hard working once the work began. Because of the late start, we were working to unload after dark and opted to reassemble our own bed frames, which normally the company would have done. Only God knows how our days will unfold, and I'm sure these gentlemen provided the previous customer the same level of politeness and hard work that they provided to my family later that same day. I would recommend these gentlemen to anyone who needed help with a move. Just be sure to verify they are bringing a truck if that is what you need!

We cannot thank Majic Mover, LLC enough for their recent help moving from NC to PA. Our original "five-star" moving company completely dropped the ball on our move, never showing up and pushing off the pick-up day multiple times. Out of desperation, I looked for help through Thumbtack, and Derrick and his team came to our rescue. Derrick went out of his way to rearrange his schedule in order to help us and also to put us at ease. He even met with us in person at the last minute despite his busy schedule. His team of movers had our stuff picked up in NC and delivered safely and soundly to PA all within one day. Words cannot express the relief that came from working with Majic Mover after the incompetence we encountered at other moving companies!

Great job moving a very heavy piano downstairs, across town, and into my home. They were able to come on very short notice. I would highly recommend Majic to anyone looking for a great piano mover.
