Empress ChiNique catered our whole thanksgiving dinner. When I tell you she cooked a breathtaking dinner. Her dessert were on point, her turkey was moist, and her sides was just as good. I will definitely be using her again.

We had a great experience with this Chef. She came up from Atlanta to Nolensville, TN to do a tasting for us prior to the wedding and it was excellent. The day of the wedding, she arrived early at the venue and started cooking! Everything tasted incredible! She accommodated a few of our guests that were vegan and though I’m not remotely vegan, the mac and cheese she made was better than the regular version! The only snafu we had was the flatware and plates we had planned for didn’t make it to the chef, which I don’t believe was her fault. She did her best to get her hands on some before the wedding but they just didn’t match our plating theme. We ended up having a rental company that we used for everything else bring us the right flatware at the last minute, so all was well. Outside of that little hiccup, everything else was perfect! My new wife and I ended up eating the roasted chicken, Mac and cheese, and greens the next night for dinner after all our guests had left!
