"What does your Fitness do for you?" This is the question I pose to all of my clients on day one. What you use your fitness for depend on you, but one thing we all should be using it for is, "To live the longest most fully functional life that we can." Let me put your fitness to work for you! Everyone has heard a trainer say "keep your core tight." I love teaching clients what that really means. Not only while exercising, but in your everyday life where it truely matters the most.

He listens to what my physical problems are and explains techniques. He's also been taught a new one I've had done. He's open minded and genuinely professional and efficient.

Nate is awesome my fitness plan has been all that I've hoped for and more. I'm really learning my body and how to not be in pain while losing weight, and toning properly. Excited about my workouts because for once I'm not in pain and I want to workout. Nate has taught me how to build muscle first to be able to exercise again. I had to learn to run again due to planters fasciitis. Because he is a Physical Therapist in addition to a Personal Trainer I selected Nate and I am thoroughly impressed and satisfied with my choice.
