Prices vary depending on how many sessions your receive weekly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet for a free consultation so that you may get to know me and I get to know you. I'd ask you a series of questions pertaining to your current lifestyle and you'd be able to ask me questions as well!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Sports Science Fitness Management. I have my personal training certification through ISSA.
