Customized Fitness Plan Based on your goals (fat loss, muscle building, athletic training, etc.), we create a program tailored specifically for you—including workouts, rest days, and nutrition tips. 3. Introductory Session We go through your first full session together, focusing on proper form, comfort, and pacing to set the tone for progress without injury. 4. Progress + Accountability You’ll get weekly check-ins, performance tracking, and coaching beyond the gym—because mindset and consistency are key. 5. Adjust + Elevate As you grow stronger, so does the challenge.
