At WXC, we create custom packages including personal & small group training, transformation programs & sport specific training..
Its no mystery that we set fitness & health goals every year, yet most people quit before experiencing any real success. In fact 80% of people quit exercising within just 6 weeks of starting. Our programs are designed to adhere to your personal dynamics, body type, your lifestyle and fitness goals. More than just exercise, a true transformation is guaranteed! Our sessions provide the necessary integrative assessments and services that are often overlooked in other programs that lead to discontinuation and lack of results.
We offer a new and refreshing approach to wellness with a variety of fun, effective and result-driven programs, including SurfSet fitness, exclusive to The Wellness Xchange! For those seeking weight loss and/or serious muscle definition, you can expect to burn up to 1,000 calories during a one-hour session with the Wellness Xchange. One exercise session at WXC is equivalent to 3-4 hours of running. We make it our mission to get you serious results quickly.
In addition to personal training at WXC, we offer these small group classes:
* SurfSet Fitness
(exclusive to The Wellness Xchange) four styles of classes-
Balance (yoga inspired. Build a solid and strong core)
Burn (cardio intense class. You'll burn up to 1,000 calories in 45 minutes!)
Build (carve lean muscle and get a surfer 6-pack)
Blend (achieve your goals and get the benefits of all classes combined into one)
* H.I.I.T.
(High-Intensity-Interval-Training): Creative exercises that torch fat, sculpt lean, muscle, rev-up your metabolism, and remove barriers performed during timed intervals
* Suspension Training
Train like an athlete. Shock your body, avoid plateaus all while having a blast. Suspension training utilizes your body weight and adds a dynamic factor to your fitness routine.
* Yoga
Relieve stress, strengthen your immune system, build a strong core, prevent and heal injuries. Experience the benefits of connecting your body and mind.
* Performance Enhancement
Do you want to take your game to the next level? Sport psychology is to be used only for professional athletes. We know your potential- elite athlete or not.

My priority was finding a trainer who could be attentive to my fitness and overall physical health needs. What I found was a welcoming environment with even more than my priorities set out to find. Victoria goes above and beyond to help with whatever your goals may be, and constructs a schedule of your choosing in order to have a set routine to begin a healthy lifestyle.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Victoria and The Wellness Xchange in Greensboro. She pushed me to go outside my comfort zone and was helpful in talking about/setting goals. I really enjoyed the small classes and miss everyone there (I recently moved out of state)! Do yourself a favor and check out one of the classes :)

I started at The Wellness Xchange in October 2014 with a 10-session package of both personal and small group training. I was in decent shape and had been active all my life, but with each passing decade I noticed decreased strength and muscle mass, and the inability to shed those infamous last 10-15 pounds. I was somewhat skeptical of the weight loss results other clients were sharing, and wasn't sure if I'd have the time to attend classes with my busy career as a nurse, a wife and a mother of two.
After the first class I was HOOKED! Within one week, I changed my package to a 6-month membership and began to see the positive changes not only in my body, but my outlook on life and my attitude toward weight loss. The staff at WXC consistently challenges me physically and the variety of the workouts leaves my muscles constantly guessing what's next! I still cant believe that Im getting the best results Ive ever had in my life only exercising at WXC 2-3 days a week versus exercising on my own 6 days a week!
Ive lost inches, changed clothing size, and receive compliments daily about how defined I look. I have MORE energy than I've had in years, and I finally feel like I have a healthy relationship with food. I went through the holidays without packing on my customary 10 pounds and am looking forward to summer, wearing shorts and tanks with more confidence than I've had in years.
The team at WXC pays great attention to your specific needs and goals and always offer modifications or more challenging moves so everyone in class benefits. The team spirit is contagious. Although I was never a huge fan of group exercises, now I look forward to spending time sweating and laughing with some incredible people.
I highly encourage anyone who would like to lose weight or get fit, or try something different that is actually fun as well as challenging to give the team at WXC a call. From SurfSet to the invigorating H.I.I.T. classes, and all the positive, encouraging feedback, I guarantee you will find yourself not only healthier, but "fitting back in your life" like never before!
