- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Variables of the job, like location, material quality, complexity, time consumption, size of the job. All this matter in many ways, that's why I like to look at the job because of all this variables that can make a different on how to estimate the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we give them our background, reference and and our reviews.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started at the Home Depot project desk pulling order for builders and home owner, then learned estimating on blue prints and material knowledge. I attended to GTCC for Carpentry when I was 22 years while running my company still finished in 3 years. I started originally at 17 with my uncles framing companies. It's been a long journey but Im still learning something new everyday because if you think you know it all already your mind and body can't improve or expand its work..
