- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the project, code required components, desired materials (3-Tab Shingles, Architectural Shingles, Metal, etc.), and therefore unique on each project. We will consult with you and present options to find the right one for your budget. We offer discounts to Veterans & Active Military, First Responders, and Educators. We follow all manufacturer specifications & local building codes. Financing is available as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Introduction & discussion of project. 2. Thorough Inspection w/ photo documentation 3. Review inspection photos with the customer 4. In-home presentation to review company policies, company background, brief education on roofing, and estimate options. 5. Contract signing & discussion of what to expect next. 6. Project Manager assigned that will be the site supervisor for the project. 7. Materials are then ordered and the crew is scheduled (typically 2-3 weeks after contract is signed). 8. Installation Day(s) 9. Clean up & Disposal of all trash and debris. Site is swept with magnets to pick up stray nails. 10. Quality Control Supervisor does a post installation inspection to ensure everything was installed correctly. 11. Project Completed, warranties registered once final payment has been made.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every team member goes through extensive training when hired and the company has regular training sessions to ensure everyone is an expert at their role. We also attend manufacturer training events and access to their educational platforms.
