- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the scope of work, materials, job complexity and travel distance. All pricing is discussed upfront before work begins. There are no hidden fees. Discounts may be available for bundled services or repeat customers when applicable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the customer’s needs and reviewing the project details. I then provide a clear estimate outlining the scope of work and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the job, complete the work as agreed, and review everything with the customer upon completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am OSHA safety certified and CertainTeed Master Shingle Applicator certified.
