Alan really helped us when our irrigation line burst. With the hot weather we thought our grass was going to die! He saved the day and the cost was very fair. In a scale of 0-10 we will give him an 11 !

Mr. Alagon arrived exactly on time. He found the problems in our yard irrigation system and fixed them within one hour. His charge was very fair. I will contact him for other services in the spring.

Alan was punctual and quickly identified the underlying issue creating the pooling of water in my yard. He also identified that two of my irrigation zones were not working and that he would return with the appropriate diagnostic device to trace and resolve the issue. His price was fair and reasonable. I plan to use him for adding additional zones on my property. I would highly recommend.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors and variables to price every job or service, but for some i do have a standard labor and materials pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask first for a customer's needs and requests. then, i suggest the best options available for them, then i let them decide what they want me to do.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The best training i have will be the everyday hands-on experience I've gathered thru the 20 years I've been doing this. As far as Education goes I have taken several Classes and Seminars in Irrigation Design,Installation,Troubleshooting,Water and Drainage management, and Outdoor Landscape Lighting thru "Site One Universities" (previously "John Deere Landscapes Universities"). which is a national landscape supply chain that provide classes thru out the year and a yearly 3-day seminar for the landscape and irrigation industry professionals.
