What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are multiple factors in determining a price that is taken into considerations. Factors such as the types of work, size, the location of that specific area that needs to be work on, etc. We offer a flexible payment plan that works best for the client and do offer other discounts.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process typically starts with an inquiry from a potential client. Even if it is a question of wanting to know about a cost of a project in the future, we are willing to provide any information that may be helpful. When the potential agrees with our projected estimate, that amount remains the same regardless of how long it takes for us to perform the work. Our price is by the job basis and not hourly. Going in this route allows for us to be most cost effective for our clients-meaning, our client would know ahead of time what the cost is prior to starting work. If the scope of work changes, there will be a new agreement added. We provide a contract prior to starting any work and proof of insurance at the requests of our clients prior to any work.

Our training stems from years of experience and diligent work. It encompasses rigorous training and skills that is to be maintained by working in the field.
