Carlos installed a powered TV mount for a 50-in TV and sound bar on my ceiling in the master bedroom of our newly purchased home. There was not a good place to mount the TV on a wall, so he installed a powered mount for the TV and sound bar that folds up parallel to the ceiling when not being used. I love tech stuff, and this is one of the most awesome things I have ever seen. It is wired through the ceiling and the power cords are plugged into a newly created plug that Carlos installed in the attic. There are no cords draped down the wall to a plug. It completely solved our issue and the TV is out of the way when not in use. Carlos was very responsive from the start. When I put the request on Thumbtack he reached out within 15 minutes and even asked to call to go over the specs. We set up the appointment, he performed the install and did an awesome job. My wife doesn’t get into tech stuff, but she was genuinely excited with the finished product. I strongly recommend Carlos and Complete Automated Technology for your next AV project!
