Carlos did an amazing work installing our TV. His customer service was really nice. He took his time with all my 1000 questions :) and made sure i had the updated HDMI cord that is compatible with my 4K TV. Even after our misunderstanding Mr. James called me back and offer to make it right and i really appreciate that call and the level of carness i gotten from Mr. James and Carlos. Thank you so much for all your hard work and i definitely will be working with you again in the near future. My living room looks so beautiful and all our family friends loves it too:)
