Timothy showed up on time and was very professional. Used to the kitchen to help prep the food to be served and left behind no mess. His team was very hospitable to the guest while serving, oh and did I mention the food was amazing?! Everybody enjoyed the food and kept complimenting the food and wondering who made it. We were very impressed.

Mr Smith and his catering team arrived on time, set up and served my family with complete professionalism. The food was delicious, especially the Honey Bun cake. I would definitely use them again for another event.

I was in communication with Smith’s catering for my brothers wedding reception, but my daughter came down with a terrible flu which spread to the very one in our house. Another family member handled the food. This caterer was very responsive and ready to handle my requests. I failed to answer their last messages and they remained professional. Even though I did not use them, I am giving 5 stars for their professionalism and would not hesitate to call them for future needs.

I have a Basic package which is $ 9.50 per person,Premium package which is $ 12.50 per person,and a Ultimate package which is $ 14.50 per person. (prices prorate depending on traveling miles)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First,I want to get my client comfortable knowing I'm the right one for the job,second finalize the menu, find the the right setting for the event, provide a sampling of the food.and stay in constant contact with the client until the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 15yrs of food service experience. I have worked at Country Clubs where I assisted the Head Chef, I was the kitchen and grill manager at various Hotels.and restaurants here in Greenville N.C
