Bill did an outstanding job cleaning my dryer vent and not only cleaning but also fixing my fireplace. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, punctual, and clearly knowledgeable about his work. He took the time to explain what he was doing, showed me before-and-after results, and made sure everything was left clean and safe when he was finished. My dryer is running more efficiently now, and my fireplace is working perfectly and looks better than it has in years.
