We are experienced and highly professional. Our staff is friendly and personable and we will all work hard to make sure your event goes smoothly and without hassle!! We also have access to a Raw Bar, and multiple inflatables for parties. We can assist with rentals, and can help determine what you need to set up your bar. We are a lot of fun but get the job done!!

We contracted R&B Party & Event Staffing from Thomtak for bartending services over the weekend, and the experience was outstanding. The bartender was extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful throughout the event. He engaged well with our guests, kept the bar running smoothly, and brought great energy to the atmosphere. Everyone commented on how much they enjoyed his service. I highly recommend R&B Party & Event Staffing and would gladly book them again.

10/10! Richard was absolutely amazing! He bartended a surprise party for my boyfriend this weekend. He was so easy to work with, he never failed to reply back, he went to local venues to find the right mead for the event, and decorated the bar for our servicemen! He was more than a bartender, he was part of the party! He danced and interacted with everyone as if he knew them his entire life! He had a great attitude, was helpful, and we loved having him! I absolutely recommend R&B Party and Event Staffing for your occasion!

Rich and Beth were amazing to work with for my November 2025 wedding! They came and set up the bar and helped buss, serve drinks, and even helped with a last minute cake cutting! They tackled every challenge that came up and did so with ease. They were amazing partners and I wouldn’t have changed a single thing. They also set up and provided an amazing and delicious charcuterie board for our cocktail hour. Thank you both for making the day so amazing!!! Kevin and I couldn’t have done it without y’all!

We have no words to describe how thankful we are to Rich for his hardwork and dedication on our wedding reception. I did not have a wedding planner, and I needed someone who would take care of everything for our wedding reception. And when I say everything, I mean everything, from moving tables, setting up table cloths, venue decorations, receiving vendors, wedding cake, setting up appetizers, welcoming guests, lead them to their assigned table, keep tables clean, help serve food, pick up after party ended, etc. From the early stages of planning and preparation, Rich was always thinking ahead and even gave me ideas. There is no way our wedding party would have turned the way it did if it wasn't for him. I can't think of anyone one else that could have done this job other than Rich. He was like an angel, and we will always be grateful for having found him. He even took pictures with his phone during the event and shared them with us. I 1000% recommend him and his staffing services. I will definitely hire him again for any other event. Not to mention, he is a delight to work with, very friendly, creative, flexible, adaptable to the unexpected, and a wonderful human being. Rich, once again: THANK YOU for your phenomenal work!
