- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Aye Jakayla Moving & Storage, LLC offers a thank you to our Veterans, First Responders, Seniors, our Teachers and our Government Employees through a discount on their moving services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer to talk to them about their moving needs. Set up a date and time to physically visit their home to assess their household items. During COVID, this can also be completed by Zoom. Review the information and prepare a detailed moving quote with a range of possible cost and scenarios for their personal move. Send the quote to the new customer for their review and answer any of their questions. When the quote meets their approval; add the move to our moving calendar along with the starting time. Ensure the customer, we are available for any questions or concerns they might have. Contact the customer the day before their move to ensure their moving date and needs have not changed and let them know the name of the crew leader and the moving helpers assigned to their moving job. Contact the customer the day of their move to thank them for using our services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Completed the training course through the North Carolina Utilities Commission. In the company between us we have a combined 9 + years of experience in the moving industry.
