- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
e=mc^2....Just kidding! Our pricing system is simple. Service calls are 85.00. The service call covers all diagnostics. You then know two things the issue and the cost to repair your system. On new installations we look at all the parts and materials that are needed and the amount of time that it will take to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I attend training seminars and read some of the trade magazines in an effort to stay up to date on topics.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do a lot of service work which includes changing capacitors, electronic boards, and so forth. I trying to get more clients on board with seasonal plans that involve coil cleanings, this is huge efficiency booster for older systems.
