My lovely 1 year old pup got out his kennel while I was at work! And he did a number on my carpet! Mark was so kind to fix the spot that needed to be fixed from little the little destructive Pup. No my replacement carpet doesn’t fully match what I had which is fine, it’s in the closet so who cares (I got the replacement so I tried to match haha) . But he took the carpet out the closet to match the main bedroom destroyed area! Nobody will ever know…. I needed to deposit back 🤷🏻‍♀️

Mark did a great job. He explained what he was going to do . Got to work on stretching the carpet. Showed where he had to reseam. Looked great . Was prompt and communicated ahead of time when he would arrive. Reasonably priced.
