FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common jobs that we tend to do are the ones that involve the latest Virus'. We pride ourselves on staying current with all the newest threats out there today. We're the "go to" store for other computer professionals who can't quite figure something out and we're glad to help in anyway we can. Other jobs we often do involve intergration for Internet Service Providers (ISP) when they are putting in a new connection for internet they sometimes have problems getting all the components to "talk" to each other and that's where we come in a smooth everything over.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The advice I would have for someone looking for a computer repair professional would be to look at reviews and also if the price is to good to be true than it probably is. I've came up against people in the past who went elsewhere because of a slight price difference and it came back to haunt them in the end. I'm not saying we're the only repair shop out there that is honest in what they do because that would be a lie, but there are plenty of "Fly by Night" types who are here today but will be gone tomorrow. Check references with know local companies and if they don't have any MOVE ON because they're not legit. It is very important to be able to trust the person working on your computer because you wouldn't take your car to just anybody so why take your computer with Credit Card and other personal information to just anybody.
