I had a great experience with A&L Windows and More. Tido was very efficient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to clearly explain why my door was leaking air, what went wrong, and how it needed to be fixed. He also fixed my lock and made sure everything was working properly. What I really appreciated was his proactive approach—even when a part was missing or something wasn’t ideal, he found a temporary workaround and made sure the problem was resolved.
