Michael T. says, "He did an ethernet cabling project for me. The project required that he run an ethernet cable from the router in my living room to a bedroom that I'm using as a home office. To do this, he had to run the cable into the crawlspace under the living room, run the cable across the crawlspace, tacking the cable in the crawlspace area, and run it across to my home office located in the third bedroom. In my home office, he put in an outlet and created an ethernet cable to connect to my PC. Turned on the PC and ran a speed test and the result was outstanding. My internet provider is Metronet and the speed was 500 up and 500 down with nearly one millisecond delay (the lower the number, the better). Average millisecond delay for internet via coaxial cable is 13-27 ms; DSL 11-40 ms; fiber 10-12. Very happy with the result and his work."See more

Linwood W. says, "We have an older house with shingle siding and older roll out windows which made it more difficult to remove the old windows. Once Bryan decided the best course of action to remove the old windows which involved cutting into the shingle siding across the top of each window the rest of the installation process went pretty smooth. Considering the older single pane roll out windows we had you can tell a world of difference in the new Provia windows. I can now open my curtains on a cool morning and not feel the cold air from outside radiating through to disturb my favorite view of the outside. Bryan found some wood rot across the bottom of the big picture window which made it necessary for him to go into town to get the needed wood to repair the damage while leaving his trusted assistant and co-worker Toby on the job working to facilitate in a more timely completion. There was a small issue with the locks on the sliders on the picture window not both working without having to push against the frame next to the lock to cause it to lock. Not really an issue since there was a work a round but Bryan came down and contacted a tech from Provia while on site to determine the cause of the problem. They determined the problem was caused by a small defect on the two window sashes. Provia is shipping out two new window sashes that Bryan will install when they arrive. I consider this quite exemplary service from a young start up company. I can highly recommend Bryan and Toby with Moccasin Gap Construction for all your exterior household needs"See more

Did a partial door jamb replacement for us. Wood was cut perfectly and everything looks nice. He also installed a screen door hinge for us and it looks nice. He did leave a little wood shavings mess though and ideally he would've cleaned up after the job was finished, but it's alright, I'm assuming it just slipped his mind :)
