- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We need to discuss flavors, colors, (pictures help a lot), to be more precise on matching the cakes with your activity’s decoration. Design of cakes, type of fillings and just getting a better understanding of customer’s expectations. There’s never too many questions when it comes down to make a perfect sweet creation!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Started helping my mom decorating her cakes when I was a teenager….liked it Soo much, so when I had my son and had to take a break from work, I started experimenting with my son’s birthday cakes. That lead me to decide on doing it more often so here I am. 😁 Creating beautiful sweet creations that almost don’t make you want to cut them up or eat them😅 because they look sooo beautiful 😍
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Just make sure you’re fully aware of exactly what your colors are, budget and expectations, that way you can inform your baker way much better
