In between tenant cleaning. Provider worked with a tight timeline to make sure property was ready in time for move in. Quality of work was as expected. She also brought up supplemental cleaning other than what was initially requested to make sure the job was done right.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Every cleaning has a different characteristic that may affect the pricing. This is why I like to speak on the phone to my clients to get a better idea of what they ideas they have in mind and what I can add on for them. This communication is also THE best way for us to get comfortable with one another before the work begins! I offer discounts for more frequent cleans! 20 miles outside of my own residential area I charge a mileage fee of $0.50 per mile.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    I have worked with medical and dental offices, alternative healing clinics, AirBnb owners, renters and home owners.
