Our bathrooms were extremely out-of-date - they were original to the house, which was built in 1977. Additionally, we needed to create one of the bathrooms as fully accessible. Eric handled the initial sales call and helped with the financing. Ed oversaw the projects and Kyle and Edward did the main work. Each one of them was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We were extremely pleased with the quality of the work and the materials they used. In the primary bathroom, they increased the size of our shower, replaced the toilet, vanity, flooring, and painted everything. In the other bathroom, they removed a tub/shower unit and put in a large accessible stand-up shower, added a vanity that can be accessed with a rollator and future uses with a wheelchair, replaced the toilet, flooring, and painted. These were big jobs, but the Serenity Bath team created a wonderful transformation for us. We love our new bathrooms, now!"See more

Daniel came out to the house last night to fix my plumbing issue. He arrived when he said he would and was very professional and knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty sump pump and went to work replacing the pump. We encountered several issues along the way, but Daniel kept a great attitude and did not let any problems get in his way. I was very pleased with the work and perseverance Daniel showed as well as the value for the all work he had to do. I would highly recommend Daniel for any plumbing job you might have. He is truly customer friendly and always looking for ways to save you money which I greatly appreciated. I have used thumbtack multiple time with varying degrees of satisfaction, but Daniel is 5 stars in my book and I am will definitely be calling him again with any plumbing issues.

I needed a plumber to check the water line to my refrigerator. After going in details about the problem, he basically explained that my situation didn't sound like a plumbing problem, but agreed to come. He did state clearly that he was not familiar with appliances. I think I should have gotten a clearer understanding of his charges so I blame myself for the surprise of his charges for twenty minutes. I was thankful he took my check. He went straight to my bank and cashed it as soon as he left my house. Guess he was glad it cleared. I don't think I will be calling him again however, he and his son was nice. I just think he was a bit unclear about his charges. I received an estimate for a new line which was less $12 than what he charged me for nothing. Truly I didn't make a good choice.
