- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All of our rates are flat, including all taxes, travel fees and supplies. Due to the high standard of training and cost of supplies safe for little faces, we do not offer discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Determining availability: We'll need your event date, time, and # of children 2. Providing a quote for just face painting (or balloon twisting) and a quote for both 3. We send you a confirmation email with a link, for you to add your event details and pay deposit, which secures your date
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional children's entertainer, performing at birthday parties, corporate events, and more for 21 years. I run 3 branches of my company: southern CA, central FL, and NC. In addition to the tens of thousands of events we've worked in the past 2 decades, I was also a children's/family entertainer for Disney Cruise Line, performing in 30 shows per week.
