The consultation process went smoothly, and the company was responsive and reasonably priced. The two cleaners who came to my home were very kind and professional; however, the cleaning itself felt somewhat rushed. One comment that stood out to me was that “it wasn’t a lot because it was already clean.” While I do keep my home maintained, I still expect a thorough cleaning and that “freshly cleaned” feeling when hiring a service. Unfortunately, there were several areas that appeared to be overlooked, including ceiling cobwebs, window ledges, and the shower glass, which was not cleaned thoroughly. Additionally, mopping the downstairs was supposed to be included, but it seemed they only spot-cleaned certain areas rather than fully mopping the floors.
Overall, my home was already clean to begin with, but I hired a professional service expecting a more detailed and polished result, and I did not feel that expectation was fully met. They would be good for ppl that homes are not so kept because you'll be able to see their work better.
