- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are $42 for 45 minutes or $55 per hour if your lessons are once per week. Our first meeting will be free. This is so you can be sure that you or you and your child are comfortable with me and my style of instruction. Once you commit to lessons, payments for the entire month are due by the 1st of each month. Late payments will incur a $20 charge. Prices are reduced for those who pay by the quarter.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a free trial lesson so that I can let them get to know me and that was I can also a set all of their questions before they commit to regular lessons. In that meeting I find out the student's goals and interests so that I can be sure to meet those needs. I also review payment options along with policies.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a part of my Master's Level Teaching License, I am required to stay current in my field by taking classes, publishing, and performing. I have been a certified teacher in the state of North Carolina since 1992 and just renewed my license in 2012.
