- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are know to have very reasonable pricing and we believe that our pricing is in line with the industry standard. We work with our customers to make sure they get quality work for a price they can afford.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Phone conversation to schedule an appointment - One of our trained professionals arrives for an inspection - We inspect the roof and any areas of concern - We send you a formal estimate within 48 hours - We go over the estimate with you of you have any questions - If the customer agrees to the estimate we schedule the work and get started. -Once the work is completed we will email a final invoice.
