I highly recommend Carlos, our technician at Bell's Appliance Service! Our washing machine broke and there was a delay in locating an available replacement part due to the global parts shortage. Carlos made the stress of not having a washer MUCH better, and I appreciated his willingness to go the extra mile to keep me updated on delays and then to make sure that our washer was fixed as soon as the piece arrived. Even when speaking with the main office, I made sure to verify that Carlos would be our tech when the part arrived, because I had already appreciated his follow through and professionalism throughout the process. Our positive experience with Carlos will be the reason that we turn to Bell's Appliance Service in the future. Thank you, Carlos!
