- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attend DJ conventions and try to attend a DJ convention on a National level at least once a year. I am always updating my playlist with the latest hits and am always checking the billboard hits. I subscribe to DJ trade magazines as well as network with other DJ's.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved in music since I was a young child, and I was even the music provider for my youth choir. As a teenager, I began DJ'ing for my friends parties and then it grew from there.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I help create playlists with the client that best suit their event. I create a do not play list as well, which encompasses any music the client does not want played. I provide unlimited consultations for music choices and I can offer suggestions when a client is unsure of music they want played at their event.
